• Any repair that is going to go over an hour will be quoted before the work is done so that there are no hidden fees.

We provide a variety of programs to fit your needs. Below is a description of each program ranging from parts and labor service call  to full support maintenance in our repair shop.


Service Call

• Local Service Call $85.00 + parts Includes 1/2 Hour Service – (Computers, Printers, Fax, Typewriters, Shredders and more!)
• Additional Rate $21.25 for each additional 15 minute increment.
• For Service on your computer, laser printer, plotter, fax call 818 999-0500
• All repairs performed by Business Machines Center are warranted for a period of 30 days on the service performed, including parts replacement.
• Same day service or next day service available.

Shop Service

• Minimum charge on computers and desktop copiers - $55
• Minimum charge on typewriters and printers - $25
• Additional charges may apply for express service or machines that were dropped or damaged.

There are many measures of performance, but ultimately only one counts...Satisfied Customers. After all, the customer's evaluation of service is more important than ours...So we will proudly give you a list of references upon request.
